Delete your RisePal account

If you want your RisePal account deleted, email us from the same email address you use for your account. We use that to verify the request before removing account data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to contact@risepal.lol.
- Use the subject line: Delete my RisePal account.
- Include the email address or username connected to your RisePal account.
What gets deleted
- your RisePal profile, including display name, username, avatar, and country
- your alarms, buddy relationships, wake-up activity, and app settings
- uploaded account content such as avatars, drawings, and voice clips
- stored push notification tokens for your devices
What may be kept
Purchase, subscription, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal records may be kept where payment providers, app stores, or the law require it. We keep only what is needed for those purposes.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will reply to the email you used to contact us.
Subscriptions
Deleting your RisePal account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
